Paradoxically enough, the folk-rock band America came together is britain, its members all sons of AirForce servicemen stationed near London. Their first mega-hit "Horse With No Name" earned the band worldwide fame with an instantly appealing sound that mixedrock, pop and folk elements. With 17 albums and an endless string of well-known hits such as "Ventura Highway," Don't Cross The River," "Tin Man," "Lonely People" and "Sister Golden Hair," America's audience has grown to span several generations and a rainbow of cultures.

This was an incredible performance. I took my daughter to see them and we sat on the lawn up front. I enjoyed it emensley. These two still had pure and perfect vocal harmonics!
