Trumpeter Chris Botti's velvet tone and charismatic performances has made him a sensation in contemporary jazz. Starting off as a sideman and studio musician, Botti's popular appeal as a soloist has steadily grown, as he toured with Sting for two years, and performed on Oprah in a pivotal appearance in 2004. The latest of his critically-acclaimed albums To Love Again is a collection of pop jazz standards and duets with superstar vocalists. A native of Oregon, Botti performed at Britt in 2007 by popular demand following a phenomenal performance at Britt in 2006.

Italian singer, songwriter and pianist Chiara Civello has worked writing music with Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Burt Bacharach, James Taylor and others. She sang background vocals on Taylor's October Road and has also joined Tony Bennett for a duet on his 2007 release titled Two For The Road. Her debut release, Last Quarter Moon, offers a first glimpse of her great musical talent.
