Railroad Earth
Railroad Earth is simply one of the greatest American bands playing today. They sing about our nation's changing landscape with a commitment reminiscent of Woody Guthrie, while combining instrumental sounds that could have been pulled from Celtic or Cajun Culture. Railroad Earth's music is Americana at its progressive bluegrass, jam band best. And as anyone who has caught them live will attest, their concerts and chocked full of fire-in-the-belly passion and straight-ahead blue collar rock ‘n' roll.
Bluegrass band The Travelin' McCourys will open the show. Ronnie and Robbie McCoury – mandolin and banjo players, respectively – are the sons of bluegrass legend Del McCoury.
