Kevin hathaway, one of Great Britain's most respected percussionists, has a passion for the combination of music and children. He created "The Elastic Band" to ilustrate the flexibility of the music and musicians of the symphony orchestra, and to inspire young people to want to participate in music-making. His amazing energy, enthusiasm and humor are contagious. His 2002 appearance at Britt may go down as one of the most entertaining and educational famiy concerts in history. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents. This concert will delight audiences of all ages. Plan to arrive early and participate in all the pre-concert activities:
