Chamber Music Concert - "The Spice of Life"

Members of the Britt Festival Orchestra will perform the second of two chamber music recitals for the community. This recital takes place at Paschal Winery, 1122 Suncrest Road, Talent. There is another recital on August 15.

Watch the sunset at the Paschal Winery's rustic location as you sample the wines and enjoy chamber music performed live by Britt Orchestra members. The evening program showcases music that reflects both classical and popular music styles of the early 20th century, including tango-inspired works by Argentine composer Astor Piazzola, Buendia's Suite Popular Espanola and Milhaud's jazz-infused score for The Creation of the World.

Featured musicians include Anne Eisfeller (harp), Whitney Allen and Rebecca Thornblade (cello), Ann-Marie Chubet (violin), Jim Chubet (piano), Jennifer Tiboris and Emma Votapek (violins), Karen Bea (viola), Mark Bergman (bass), Viviana Cumplido (flute).
