Mark Knopfler

Mark Knopfler is the voice and guitar of Dire Straits ("Sultans of Swing" "Money For Nothing" and a host of megahits). As one of the most prominent figures in rock 'n' roll, he has collaborated with Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, Chet Atkins, James Taylor, Steely Dan, Vince Gill, The Chieftains, Tina Turner and many more. In 1996, Knopfler began his solo career with a successful string of albums. Expect to hear plenty of Dire Straits classics aong with new material.

William Topley, born and bred in England, nurtured on a diet of blues and rock 'n' roll, has been building a seriously dedicated fan base in the U.S. ever since the release of Prince of the Deep Water in 1991. Producer Neil Dorfsman (Sting, Dire Straits) described him as "the most original songwriter I've heard in years."

Absolutely spectacular. Mark writes fabulous story songs and his distinctive guitar licks are delightfully intricate. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. Invite him back!! Please !!!
