poco.jpgPoco's well-deserved reputation for incendiary live performances has long been a staple of the band's legacy. Their more than 30-year career was kicked off by their firs album Pickin' Up The Pieces which remains heralded as a seminal, indisoensable and influential genesis of the country-rock style they are credited with developing. Their hits include "Crazy Love," "Bad Weather," "Indian Summer," "Heart of the Night," "Good Feelin' To Know" and "Shoot for the Moon."

Releasing 10 successful country-rock albums and enjoying hits that included "Let Me Love You Tonight," their biggest hit was the infectious "Amie." Pure Prairie eague's ongoing album mascot is a rootin' tootin' saloon-patronizing cowboy character named uke who was originally painted by Norman Rockwell and appeared on the cover of The Saturday Evening Post, giving them a distinctive visual conception.
