1. Britt Festivals is a community non-profit organization. All membership contributions (less the monetary value of benefits received) are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and deductible for federal income tax purposes. Benefits apply to members of the same household and are non-transferable.
2. Fifty percent of the Director's Circle and Leadership membership contribution goes directly to the Britt Festivals Endowment Fund.
