Podcast Interview with Dave Anderson

Principal Bass of the Britt Festival Orchestra, Dave Anderson, was featured in a podcast interview called Contrabass Conversations in May of 2008. We just found out about this and wanted to share it with you.

ABOUT DAVE ANDERSON
In addition to serving as Principal Bass of the Britt Festivals Orchestra, Dave is a prolific composer, active teacher, and electric bassist. He serves as Principal Bass for the Louisiana Philharmonic, and he plays in metropolitan New Orleans and beyond in a variety of bands.

ABOUT THE PODCAST
Contrabass Conversations is a weekly podcast produced by double bass blogger Jason Heath. The primary goal of his podcast is to foster and develop learning and communication in the global double bass community. Interviews, performances, and double bass news and resources are covered on the podcast as well as listener feedback and cool bass links.

The podcast is intended to entertain as well as educate, and topics are presented in a lighthearted fashion on most episodes. As the podcast progresses, a body of reference material will continue to develop for future generations of double bassists.
