Bill Evans has had a long and varied career, performing and touring with Miles Davis in the early 1980s, and starting his own solo career in 1984. He has explored a variety of genres, and in his latest albums Soulgrass and The Other Side of Something, he blends jazz, bluegrass and funk into a completely new genre. His performance at Britt will be a great experience for music lovers of all kinds.

Bill Evans said: Well, I was a young boy living next to a small river in tennessee....no , actually I have always liked the sounds of the banjo and mandolin, and fiddle...for years. so I began incorporating them into my music...soulgrass came out of it
