Etta James and The Roots Band Cancels Concert
Due to an illness, Etta James has cancelled her concert on Wednesday, July 1. If you have purchased tickets to this concert, you have the following options:
1. Receive a refund.
2. Exchange tickets for another concert in the 2009 season, subject to availability (no exchange fee will be charged).
3. Receive a credit on your Britt customer account, which can be used for future purchases.
4. Donate tickets to back to Britt as a refund.
In additon, ticket holders will be offered a 20% discount on any of the following shows. This offer is subject to availability and does not apply to previously purchased tickets.

Britt’s box office is contacting ticket holders to inform them of the cancellation.
Purchasers of the Signature Sounds ticket package that included the Etta James performance, please contact the Britt box office as soon as possible.
