Ticket sales for members begin April 1 (mail only until April 28) and general ticket sales begin May 12. Payment for non-member orders will be processed at the time the order is received, but orders will not be ticketed or mailed until after May 12. A refund will be issued if we are unable to fill your order. All non-member orders during this period are subject to a non-refundable handling fee of $5.
Online and phone sales begin April 28 for members and May 12 for the general public. At that time, you can order tickets online on Performances page or download an order form (pdf). You will need a VISA or MasterCard. Tickets may also be ordered by phone with a VISA or MasterCard, by mail, by fax or in person at Britt’s main box office, 216 W. Main Street, Medford. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (M-F). On performance days at the Britt Pavilion in Jacksonville, tickets may also be purchased at the performance site starting at 3 p.m. For concerts at the Lithia Motors Amphitheater, the box office opens three hours before the performance. Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment.
NOTE: For your protection, your online ticket order will be processed through Britt's secure server. All information you submit to us, including your credit card number, will be encrypted to ensure complete safety and confidentiality.
Ticket Delivery: For phone, fax, mail, and web orders, allow at least three weeks for ticket delivery. For orders received within 10 days of performance, tickets will be held at the box office.

During the mail-only period, orders received prior to the first day of processing for each Member level will be randomly filled with those received on the first day. After the first day, all orders are processed according to postmark. In fairness to out-of-town members, hand-delivered orders during this period will be delayed by one day.

Important: Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders that do not include the service charge, or that are inaccurate or incomplete will be delayed.
Ticket Availability: If you order reserved seats and they are not available, we will not substitute with lawn tickets unless you specify that option at the bottom of the order form. The difference will be posted to your Britt account.
Handling Fee: A non-refundable $5 handling fee is applied to each phone, fax, Internet and mail order. Orders received without payment or handling fee will not be processed. There is no fee for tickets purchased over the counter at the main box office or the Britt Pavilion.
Exchanges: Ticket exchanges are allowed for current Britt members only. Exchanges must be made through the Britt main box office no less than seven (7) days prior to the performance. An exchange fee of $2 per ticket will be charged for exchanges. No cash refunds for price differentials.
Member Discount Coupons/Vouchers: Limit one (1) coupon per ticket. Not valid in conjunction with any other discount. Limit two (2) vouchers per performance. Other restrictions may apply.
Senior Discounts: For persons 60+ years, a $2 per ticket discount is available for Classical Festival events only, August 1-17, 2008. May not be taken in conjunction with any other discount or membership coupons. Children's Tickets: A ticket is required for all children (0-12 years), including infants. Children’s prices are for lawn seating only. Children in reserved seating are required to have a reserved seat ticket and must sit in the seat indicated on the ticket. Out of consideration for others, please use discretion when choosing to bring a very young child or infant.
Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the performance. The show goes on regardless of weather.
Group Sales: Available for selected events after May 12, 2008. Tickets must be purchased in advance, at one time, through the main box office. Email our Box Office Manager Marie Carbone for more information, or call 1-800-882-7488, ext. 111
Gift Certificates: Britt Festivals' gift certificates are available in any denomination, and are good for any Britt performance. They are available online, or you may contact the box office at (541) 773-6077 or 1-800-882-7488. Lost/Stolen Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.
