Wildfires and Britt Festival Orchestra Performances

Air Quality and Performances at the Britt Pavilion:

When there are wildfires in the area, we regularly monitor the air quality in the Rogue Valley.

To ensure the best experience for our orchestra and audience members, Britt Festival Orchestra performances will be held at North Medford High School or other indoor venues when necessary. When a decision to move a performance occurs, ticket holders and the public will be informed via email, messages on the Britt website, the Britt Facebook, Twitter, Instagram pages and news releases to the press. All patrons with a ticket to a performance at the Britt Pavilion can head directly to the North Medford High School Auditorium on the day of the concert unless another location is announced.

Contingency plan due to poor air quality:

In the event that Britt Festival Orchestra performances are moved to North Medford High school due to poor air quality, there will be three lines established for patrons:  the 1st line will be for reserved seat holders and will be seated first, the 2nd line will be for paid lawn ticket holders and will be seated second, and the 3rd line will be for all complimentary ticket holders and will be seated on a first come, first serve basis.  These lines will be processed in 15-minute intervals. 

Refunds and Cancellations:

All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the performance. The show goes on regardless of venue or weather.

Donate:

If you choose not to attend an indoor concert, you may call the box office and request a donation letter stating the value of the tickets for tax purposes at 541-773-6077. Britt is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Note: Music and Comedy concerts will not be moved to North Medford High School nor any other venues due to capacity limitations.
