Caroline Shaw: commissioned work (untitled)

Hike the trails above the Britt Pavilion while experiencing the premiere performance of a unique, newly composed work played along the Jacksonville Woodlands Trail system by the BFO.

Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Caroline Shaw joined the BFO as the 2019 Composer/Conductor Fellow, allowing her the opportunity to conduct the BFO in a performance of Mozart’s Overture to The Magic Flute. The BFO also performed her wonderful children’s piece The Mountain That Loved a Bird as part of the 2019 BFO season.

Throughout the season, members of the BFO create and perform in the BrittKids Koncert series at the Britt

Access will be available for all.
