No Smoking Policy:

Smoking (including marijuana and vaping) is not allowed anywhere within the Britt park. No exceptions. Violators will be removed from the venue.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing Britt ticket(s), you and your party agree to the following: My party and I understand the inherent risk of exposure to ourselves and others to COVID-19 in any public space where people are present. By attending a Britt Music and Arts Festival concert, my party and I expressly agree to comply with all rules and safety guidelines put in place by Britt Music and Arts Festival and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. My party and I understand that, as a condition of purchasing Britt ticket(s), we are releasing and waiving all claims and potential claims against Britt Music and Arts Festival relating to such risks, including but not limited to any and all claims based on negligence.

Mask Policy:

Britt Music and Arts Festival strongly encourages, but does not require, mask-wearing as a general policy, except in certain areas of the venue identified with signage. Furthermore, we will adhere to any state-mandated COVID precautions and/or performer requirements in place at the time of each show, including but not limited to wearing masks. Britt will provide masks upon request.

Alcohol Policy:

Britt is licensed under ORS 471.178. Under these regulations, patrons may bring in wine or beer into the Britt Park (no hard alcohol). Under OLCC guidelines, no open wine or beer containers will be allowed to leave the venue. In compliance with OLCC regulations, bags, coolers and other items may be subject to search as patrons enter the park. Britt or its artists reserve the right to prohibit wine or beer (any alcohol) from coming into the Britt grounds for select concerts. Please drink responsibly; bring an amount that you can safely consume while enjoying a Britt concert.

In 2023, Patrons will not be permitted to bring in outside alcohol for Britt Presents concerts.

Patrons will be able to purchase wine or beer at all concerts.

Refunds & Cancellations:

All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the performance. The show goes on regardless of weather.

Ticket Delivery:

When purchasing Britt tickets online, you have the option to choose "Print at Home Delivery". After purchasing your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF file containing your tickets. Open and print the attached PDF file and bring it directly to any gate on the night of the concert for entry. To use your phone, bring the PDF file on your phone and we can scan it, just like the airlines. If you prefer to have tickets purchased online mailed to you, an additional fee will be charged. Bring your printed ticket or ticket on your phone directly to an entry gate on the night of your selected concert. For phone, fax, mail, and web orders allow at least three weeks for ticket delivery. For orders received within 10 days of a performance, tickets will be held in will call at the box office.

Rain Policy:

Concerts take place rain or shine unless conditions endanger the safety of artists and the public. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the show is canceled. Please come prepared and dress accordingly (rain gear, ponchos, etc.). Umbrellas are allowed up until showtime, at which point we ask that you close them.

House Rules:

As part of our Britt community, we're asking you to help us make each performance the best possible experience, for yourself, your friends, your seat neighbors... everyone. As you enjoy the concerts, please follow these house rules:

  • Smoking (including marijuana and vaping) is not allowed anywhere within the Britt park. No exceptions. Violators will be removed from the venue.
  • The reserved benches and Premium Blanket/SRO sections are not general admission seating. Enter these sections only if you bought a reserved ticket.
  • Don't let a disagreement escalate. If there is a problem, please ask the security staff for assistance. Anyone who starts a fight will be removed by security.
  • Throwing any item at another patron is strictly prohibited, and warrants removal by security.
  • Go with the flow when it comes to dancing and sitting. Expect that your neighbors may stand up to dance. On the flip side, please be aware of those around you as you dance, and avoid obstructing their view.
  • Don't talk so loud that you disturb your neighbors' ability to hear the music.

Cameras/Recordings:

  • Instant/personal digital cameras are permitted
  • No professional cameras of any type allowed (SLR, no detachable lens, or a lens longer than 2 inches). No video or audio recording devices permitted. No tablets.
  • The above policies are subject to change by artist management
  • Media or professional photographers who'd like permission to shoot at a concert should contact marketing@brittfest.org

No hard alcohol, portable stoves, weapons, camping or pets allowed.
