With the increasing hospitalization rates and rapid spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant in our community, Britt is implementing a Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test requirement for entry into its concerts. This protocol is also being encouraged by many of the artists in our lineup. Our current mask policy will also remain in place. Masks will be required for entry and for the duration of the event when not actively eating or drinking.
These requirements will apply beginning at the Pink Martini concert on August 28.
At each concert, patrons will be required to either show Proof of Vaccination or provide a Negative COVID Test result taken within 36 hours of entry to the Britt grounds.
- Proof of Vaccination
Show COVID Vaccination Card and photo ID (paper vaccination card or clear photo of it on a phone)
Vaccination is defined as two doses of Moderna or Pfizer, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson, and at least 14 days have passed since your final dose.
- Proof of Negative Test
If a patron is unable to show Proof of Vaccination, they may provide a Proof of Negative Test result taken within 36 hours prior to entry and photo ID.
- On Site Testing
Britt will offer on-site testing during the day prior and the day of each concert.
Curative, Inc. is providing 15-minute on-site Antigen Rapid Tests at a kiosk near the main entrance to the Britt Pavilion (Gate 1). There will be no out-of-pocket expense for the patrons. Patrons who test Negative for the COVID-19 virus will be provided with confirmation for entry at any of the venue gates.
The rapid test kiosk will be open:
Day before each show: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Day of the show: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

How do I show proof of being fully vaccinated?
We will accept your paper vaccination card or phone image copy. An ID must be shown with it for verification.
How do I show proof of a negative COVID test result?
We will only accept official test results from Curative, Inc. or a certified clinic. We will NOT accept at-home, self-administered tests.
What if I forget my proof of vaccination or my official test results?
If you forget your proof of vaccination or test results, you will not be permitted in our venue.
What if I already had COVID?
You must still show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test result prior to being permitted in our venue.
What if I test positive for COVID?
You will not be permitted in our venue if you have a positive COVID test, however, you may return your tickets for a credit on your Britt account with proof of a positive test received within 10 days of the event. Please e-mail email@example.com for information on returning tickets for credit.
What if I have a medical condition that excludes me from being vaccinated or have a ticket for a child under 12?
Anyone 12 and older who cannot show proof of vaccination must provide a negative COVID test result taken within 36 hours of the event. Children 2-11 years of age are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test but will be required to wear masks while at the venue.
Will I still have to wear a mask if I am fully vaccinated and/or if I have shown proof of a negative test result?
All patrons will need to be masked except when consuming food or drink.
Due to the recent surge of COVID-19 hospitalizations in southern Oregon, effective immediately, Britt Music & Arts Festival Requires Mask Wearing for all patrons when not consuming food or beverages. Masks should cover the nose and mouth with no gaps. Masks will be provided by Britt upon request.
According to local medical experts, face coverings are the simplest, cheapest, most readily available means of substantially reducing the risk of transmitting coronavirus from one person to another, and everyone can contribute to our collective health and safety.
Refusal to adhere to this policy will result in removal from the venue.
We are hopeful that your cooperation will allow Britt to remain open.

We give you the best seats available at the time of purchase.
No. Britt does not work with any outside web sites to sell tickets, and does not work with any ticket sellers who mark up ticket prices, including sites like StubHub, Cheap Concert Tickets or Tickets Review.
Britt cannot guarantee any tickets bought through third-party ticket sellers are legitimate, and cannot verify your tickets, or refund your purchase in the event of a cancellation since Britt would have no record of your purchase.

When purchasing Britt tickets online, you have the option to choose “Print at Home Delivery”. After purchasing your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF file containing your tickets. Open and print the attached PDF file and bring it directly to any gate on the night of the concert for entry.
To use your phone, bring the PDF file on your phone and we can scan it, just like the airlines.
If you prefer to have tickets purchased online mailed to you, an additional $2 fee will be charged.
You may also purchase tickets by phone or stopping by our Medford box office. When purchasing tickets by phone, tickets will be mailed to you or available for pick-up at Will Call the night of the concert.

Britt's main office will be closed until September 16, 2020.
When it re-opens, Britt's main box office at 216 W. Main Street in Medford will be open M-F, 9 AM-5 PM. On performance days, the Britt hill box office is open from 3 PM through intermission.
All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the concert. The performance goes on regardless of weather.
The nearest public park is Cantrall-Buckley Park on the Applegate River, 10 miles SW of Jacksonville on Hwy. 238. Visit the Jackson County Parks web site for information on camping at Cantrall-Buckley and other county parks in the Rogue Valley.
Britt has a wide variety of food selections provided by four local restaurants, coupled with several beer and local wine choices. In addition, you are allowed to bring in your own food.
Britt is licensed under ORS 471.178. Under these regulations, patrons may bring in wine or beer into the Britt Park (no hard alcohol). Under OLCC guidelines, no open wine or beer containers will be allowed to leave the venue. In compliance with OLCC regulations, bags, coolers and other items may be subject to search as patrons enter the park.
Britt or its artists reserve the right to prohibit wine or beer (any alcohol) from coming into the Britt grounds for select concerts. The concerts for which outside alcohol is prohibited will be announced along with the Britt Presents season announcements.
Please drink responsibly; bring an amount that you can safely consume while enjoying a Britt concert.
For those concerts not affected by this policy, patrons may bring in wine and beer. However, no hard alcohol is allowed at Britt. If brought onto the premises, hard alcohol will be confiscated. Please see our alcohol policy on our Venue Information page for more information.
Due to new trends in chair designs, Britt is aligning with other outdoor music venues and has updated its policy for low profile chairs in the lawn area.
Single size, low profile lawn chairs are allowed in lawn areas if they do not exceed 6 inches from the ground to the seat and are no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair. Please check your chairs prior to arrival.
Appropriate chairs are available for rent at the venue.
Regular size lawn chairs are allowed in marked, designated zones at the sides and rear of the general seating lawn area. Limited space is available for the taller chairs.
Here are Britt's photo policies:
- Instant/personal digital cameras are permitted.
- No professional cameras of any type allowed (SLR, no detachable lens, or a lens longer than 2").
- No video or audio recording devices permitted.
- No tablets.

Media or professional photographers who'd like permission to shoot at a concert should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The general public can arrive at any time after the gates open. The gates open at 6 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated).
Patrons with lawn tickets often wait in line before the gates open, as lawn seating is on a first-come, first served basis.
Britt members at the Donor level ($250) and above have access to the Early Entry Gate, which opens at 5:45 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated), allowing first access to general lawn seating and concessions.
Early Entry is issued to qualifying members as a separate ticket when a lawn seating event ticket is purchased.
You must present both the Early Entry ticket and your event ticket to be scanned at the gate for early admittance.
For reserved seating areas, the box office will issue early entry tickets by request only.
Prior to gate opening, Britt asks that patrons respect the rights of others by observing the following etiquette while waiting in line:
- Holding space in line for a group or cutting ahead of those who have been waiting is not permitted
- Every person in line is required to have a ticket for that same day's performance. Those without a ticket will be asked to leave the line.
- Unattended items do not guarantee a place in line.
Also, line sitters should take note of our Premium Reserved blankets in the front lawn.

The 2021 Britt Festival Orchestra Season will be announced at a date yet to be determined.
The 2021 Britt Presents season schedule and ticket prices will be announced in three separate announcements: TBD
There will be three separate Music & Comedy Season Announcements in 2020: February 14, March 13 and April 9. Each announcement will include Member Pre-sales beginning at those dates.
The third Member Pre-sale will begin April 10. During the Member Pre-sales, only current member orders will be filled. These will be processed according to level of membership.
General public sales begin March 2 (Feb. Announcement), March 30 (March Announcement) and May 8, 2020 (April Announcement).

Tickets for the Britt Festival Orchestra Season are available to both members and non-members beginning Friday, January 24, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Premium Reserved, Standard Reserved and Lawn tickets will be available to the general public at this time.
Gift certificates are available year round in any denomination of $10 or more.

Gift certificates can be redeemed at the Britt office in Medford for tickets, merchandise, memberships or camp tuition.

We accept submissions for performers on both the Sam & Hannelore Enfield Stage and opening acts for the Britt Main Stage. See the Perform at Britt page for submission requirements.
In the event that the Britt Festival Orchestra performances are moved to North Medford High school due to poor air quality, there will be three lines established for patrons: the 1st line will be for reserved seat holders and will be seated first, the 2nd line will be for paid lawn ticket holders and will be seated second, and the 3rd line will be for all complimentary ticket holders and will be seated on a first come, first serve basis. These lines will be processed in 15-minute intervals.
Britt Presents concerts will not be moved due to poor air quality.
