Classical Festival ticket orders are filled in the order received for paid members. Member coupons and vouchers, senior discounts and all other discounts
are valid for full price tickets only and may not be combined with any other discounst. See below for reserved seating limits at your
membership level.
Non-member orders received will not be processed until after May 17, 2010.
To order tickets, visit our Performances page and make your selection or download a ticket order form. You will need a VISA or MasterCard. Tickets may also be ordered by phone at 1-800-882-7488 with a VISA or MasterCard, by mail, by fax or in person at Britt’s main box office, 216 W. Main Street, Medford. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (M-F). Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment.
NOTE: For your protection, your online ticket order will be processed through Britt's secure server. All information you submit to us, including your credit card number, will be encrypted to ensure complete safety and confidentiality.
Ticket Delivery: For phone, fax, mail, and web orders, allow at least three weeks for ticket delivery. For orders received within 10 days of performance, tickets will be held at the box office.
2010 Member Advance Sale Procedures: April 9 - May 9: Mail orders only, by Member level
Processing begins: April 9 - Leadership Circle April 12 - Gold Circle April 14 - Benefactor April 19 - Clef Club April 21 - Donor April 23 - Patron April 26 - Sponsor
During the mail-only period, orders received prior to the first day of processing for each Member level will be randomly filled with those received on the first day. After the first day, all orders are processed according to postmark. In fairness to out-of-town members, hand-delivered orders during this period will be delayed by one day.
May 10 - May 16 - Phone, Fax, Mail and Counter Sales, (216 W. Main Street, Medford), processed for all Member levels according to date and time received.
May 17 - General public sales begin; Internet sales begin

Important: Tickets cannot be ordered or held
without payment. Orders that do not include the service charge, or that
are inaccurate or incomplete will be delayed.
Member Discount Coupons/Complimentary Tickets: Member discount coupons and complimentary tickets are credited to your account automatically. Complimentary tickets are limited to two (2) per concert. Please indicate on your ticket order form the concerts for which you would like to use them. Discount coupons are good for $5 off a regularly priced adult ticket and are limited to one (1) per ticket. Discount coupons are not valid with any other discount. Some restrictions may apply. See the ticket order form for details.
Ticket Availability: If ordering reserved seats and they are not available, we will not substitute with lawn tickets unless you specify that option at the bottom of the ticket order form. The difference will be posted to your Britt account.
Handling Fee: A $7 handling fee is applied to all phone, mail, fax, e-mail and Internet orders. Orders received without payment or handling fee will not be processed. There is no handling fee for tickets purchased over the counter.
Important: Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders that do not include the handling fee, or that are inaccurate or incomplete will be delayed.
Exchanges: Ticket exchanges are allowed for current Britt Members only. Exchanges must be made through the Britt main box office no less than seven (7) days prior to the performance. An exchange fee of $2 per ticket will be charged for exchanges. No cash refunds for price differentials.
Group Discounts: Available for selected events after May 17, 2010. Tickets must be purchased in advance, at one time, through the main box office. Please call Box Office Manager Marie Carbone for additional information and booking at 541-690-3832.
Senior Discounts: For persons 60+ years, a $2 per ticket discount is available for Classical Festival events only, August 6-22. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or membership benefit.
Student Prices: Available for lawn seating during Classical Festival events only, August 6-22.
Children’s Prices: Children’s prices are for lawn seating only. Children in reserved seating are required to have a reserved seat ticket and must sit in the seat indicated on that ticket. Out of consideration for other patrons, please use discretion when choosing to bring a young child or infant.
Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket
purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the
performance. The show goes on regardless of weather.
Gift Certificates: Britt Festivals' gift
certificates are available in any denomination, and are good for any
Britt performance. They are available online, or you may contact the
box office at (541) 773-6077 or 1-800-882-7488. Lost/Stolen Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.
Lost & Found: Recovered Lost & Found items are located at the Britt office at 216 W Main St in Medford, OR through the Britt season. You may also call 541-690-3831.
