Britt's 2012 Member presale begins April 12. Members may place their online order at any time, and it will be processed according to the level on sale date (see below).

Member Presale Ticket Limit During the member presale period (April 12 - May 16), purchase of reserved tickets is limited per concert to:

In addition, to better serve all members, the following performances will be limited to FOUR reserved tickets in all member categories: Melissa Etheridge 6/15 and Dukes of September 7/5
To order tickets, visit our Performances page to add performances to your shopping cart. You will need a VISA or MasterCard. You may also download a ticket order form. Submit your order forms by fax at 541-776-3712, or by mail or in person at Britt’s main box office, 216 W. Main Street, Medford, 97501. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (M-F).
Important: Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders that do not include the service charge, or that are inaccurate or incomplete will be delayed.
NOTE: For your protection, your online ticket order will be processed through Britt's secure server. All information you submit to us, including your credit card number, will be encrypted to ensure complete safety and confidentiality.
Ticket Delivery: For phone, fax, mail, and web orders, allow at least three weeks for ticket delivery. For orders received within 10 days of performance, tickets will be held at the box office.
Member Discounts: Member discounts are credited to your account automatically. The 20% discounts (for members at the Clef Club level and higher) apply to full price adult tickets only. Please indicate on your ticket order form the concerts for which you would like to use them. Discount coupons are good for $5 off a regularly priced adult ticket and are limited to one (1) per ticket. Discount coupons are not valid with any other discount. Some restrictions may apply. See the ticket order form for details.
Early Entry Gate (Donor $250 and above) Donor members and above will be able to enter the Britt park on concert nights beginning at 5:45 p.m., allowing first access to general lawn seating and concessions. The general public will be able to enter beginning at 6 p.m. For performances with a 6 :30 p.m. start time the member gate will open at 5:30 p.m. and the general public gate will open at 5:45 p.m.. Access to the early entry gate will be indicated on members' tickets (tickets must be purchased on the member account).
Ticket Availability: If ordering reserved seats and they are not available, we will not substitute with lawn tickets unless you specify that option at the bottom of the ticket order form. The difference will be posted to your Britt account.
Third Party Ticket Sellers: Britt does not work with any outside web sites to sell tickets, and does not work with any ticket sellers who mark up ticket prices, including sites like StubHub, Cheap Concert Tickets or Tickets Review. Legitimate tickets can be purchased through the Britt Box Office or online at brittfest.org. Adult price lawn tickets are also available for some concerts at the Music Coop in Ashland. Handling Fee: A $7 handling fee is applied to all phone, mail, fax, e-mail and Internet orders. Orders received without payment or handling fee will not be processed. There is no handling fee for tickets purchased over the counter.
Exchanges: Ticket exchanges are allowed for current Britt Members only. Exchanges must be made through the Britt main box office no less than seven (7) days prior to the performance. An exchange fee of $2 per ticket will be charged for exchanges. No cash refunds for price differentials.
Group Discounts: Available for selected events. Tickets must be purchased in advance, at one time. Please call Debra Bellm for additional information and booking at 541-690-3857 or email debra.bellm@brittfest.org.
Senior Discounts: For persons 60+ years, a $2 per ticket discount is available for Classical Festival events only, August 3-19. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or membership benefit.
Children’s Prices: Children’s prices (ages 0 to 12) are for lawn seating only. Children in reserved seating are required to have a reserved seat ticket and must sit in the seat indicated on that ticket. Out of consideration for other patrons, please use discretion when choosing to bring a young child or infant.
Student’s Prices: Student's prices are for lawn seating only during the Classical Festival events, August 3-19. Student ID is required.
Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket
purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the
performance. The show goes on regardless of weather.
Gift Certificates: Britt Festivals' gift
certificates are available in any denomination, and are good for any
Britt performance. They are available online, or you may contact the
box office at (541) 773-6077 or 1-800-882-7488. Lost/Stolen Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.
Lost & Found: Recovered Lost & Found items are located at the Britt office at 216 W Main St in Medford, OR through the Britt season. You may also call 541-690-3831.
